Are Iconic press-on nails reusable?

Yes! Our nails are reusable when removed and cared for properly.

NOTE: Store them safely after wear to reuse them again and again and again.
How long do they last?

This depends on your prep and application. Using the tools provided in your application kit, wear time will vary.

Liquid Nail Glue: 1-2+ weeks
Adhesive Tabs: Ideal for 1-3 days
How can I make them last longer?

For long lasting results, follow our prep and application instructions. Prep nails properly, removing any natural shine and oils before application. Apply at a 45° angle and hold firmly for 20 seconds to avoid air bubbles. Avoid contact with water for 1-2 hours after applying.
Do you do custom designs?

Yes, we do. Custom designs are by far our favorite sets to work on.

We offer custom designs for sets based on your inspo pictures, colors, theme or event. Simply fill out our Custom Order form or feel free to email us for more information.

How long do you take to complete orders?

Our current processing time for orders is 5 - 10 business days. Please note that this timeframe is subject to change depending on order volume and availability.

NOTE: Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, shipping and delivery time will depend on your selected shipping method and location. Local orders will be received sooner, international orders may take a little longer.
How do I find my nail size?

For foolproof results and the most accurate fit, we highly recommend a Sizing Kit before ordering your sets - lucky for you, you receive a FREE Sizing Kit with your first order.

Alternatively, you can determine your nail sizes by using our size guide in our Shapes & Sizing guide. This requires you to carefully measure your nails before placing your order.

NOTE: Measuring your own nails is the quicker option. However, a Sizing Kit offers the most accurate results.
What if I order the wrong size?

We will not be held liable and are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by our clients. This will require you to place another order.

NOTE: Please measure carefully before ordering. If needed, replacement nails may be made available for purchase.
What comes with my order?

Each order includes an Application Kit which includes:

1 mini file, 1 mini cuticle stick, 1x alcohol wipe, 1 sheet of adhesive tabs & a 2g liquid nail glue.

NOTE: First orders will receive a FREE Sizing Kit.
How many nails come in a set?

Standard & Custom sets include only 10 nails. Ready-To-Ship sets include anywhere between 20 - 24 nails depending on the brand of nails, and require NO sizing.
Do you offer different shapes & lengths?

Yes! We offer 7 different shapes: Almond, Ballerina, Coffin, Duckies, Lipstick, Round & Square in 6 different lengths: Extra Short, Short, Medium, Long, 3XL & 5XL.

I need my nails urgently! Can you rush my order?

Rush My Order orders are available depending on our schedule. This priority option has your order processed within 24 hours (1 business day).

Do you ship internationally?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.

NOTE: Once we’ve begun processing your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Do you accept returns, exchanges or refunds?

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. We do not offer refunds.

NOTE: If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
What if my package is delayed or lost?

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the courier/postal service.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays, lost parcels or packages marked as delivered.
Can I shower or wash dishes with my nails on?

Yes! But too much exposure to water can weaken the adhesive over time. For longer wear, avoid prolonged water exposure and wear gloves when cleaning.
Will the colors look exactly the same in person?

We try our best to show colors accurately, but slight differences may happen due to lighting and screen setting. We offer Shade Finder kits to assist with this.

NOTE: Standard Shade Finder Kits are available in our most popular nude tones for lighter, medium & darker tones.
How do I remove them safely?

Add a little bit of oil into a warm soapy water solution for 10-15 minutes. Baby oil, olive oil, cuticle oil or coconut oil works fine. Gently lift them off.

NOTE: Do not force or rip them off. Soak them a little longer if needed.
Can I order a replacement nail?

Yes, in most cases. If you lose or damage a nail, we may be able to make a replacement depending on the design. Replacement nails are available for purchase.
